Cuba Research Project would like to thank a local citizen of Holguin, Cuba, for providing this list which he manually transcribed from the records at the Holguin Municipal Cemetery. The same citizen has graciously shared this list with Cuba Research Project for publication.

About The Source
Please note: After the year 1933 the column “Native of” is sparsely filled out in the cemetery records. The contributing citizen only copied those names that showed Spain or another territory of Spain in the “Native of” column. Therefore, it is possible that some Spaniards were buried at this cemetery but since the “native of” column was never filled out in cemetery records, their names won’t be reflected in this database.
Names or last names with an asterisk (*) next to them indicate that the handwriting in the record was hard to decipher and the transcriber has done his best to copy the most accurate depiction of the same.
