List of Mambises from San Antonio de Los Baños who participated in Cuban Wars of Independence
A non-exhaustive list of Mambises from the city of San Antonio de Los Baños who fought, and some who died, in the Cuban Wars of Independence. Most fought in the 1895-1898 war, and a few in the Ten Years' War (1868-1878). None are specifically recorded as fighting in the Little War (1879-1880), though absence from the record does not rule out participation; some undoubtedly fought in all three.
This list comes from the book "Historia de San Antonio de los Baños, Habana, Cuba: La Laguna y Su Río Ariguanabo, Desde Los Siboneyes Hasta la República 1958." The author notes that not all residents of San Antonio de Los Baños who fought in the Ejército Libertador de Cuba appear here.
