1957 List of Students, Faculty, and Staff from “Instituto De Segunda Enseñanza de Matanzas” School

The Instituto de Segunda Enseñanza de Matanzas was officially established in 1868 in the province of Matanzas

The students in this list had just graduated from the Bachillerato, roughly equivalent to a high school diploma. The faculty included prominent professors such as the mathematician Luis J. Davidson San Juan. The school still stands, now named "Instituto Preuniversitario José Luis Dubrocq"; since shortly after the 1959 revolution it has been run by the communist government.
